State House Candidate Anne Yeldell, District A director for the Poudre School District Board of Education, has deep roots in Colorado. A 5th generation Coloradan, Anne and her husband Steve have been married for 23 years, and she is the busy mother of five children: Scott, Sean, Skyler, Spencer and Stacie.

She serves as a legislative delegate for the PSD School Board and is a member of the Federal Relations Network for the Colorado Association of School Boards (CASB). She is also a member of the Fort Collins Election Board, and a member of the state committee in Colorado representing civic missions in schools.

Anne is a twice-elected delegate to the Republican National Convention in both 1996 and 2000. Always concerned with her children's education, she was a pioneering parent at Washington Core Knowledge School.

Candidate Yeldell's involvement in politics dates back to President Reagan's campaign, in addition to Senator Hank Brown's candidacy. She was Larimer County campaign manager for Govenor Bill Owens, as well as the Bush / Cheney campaign.
